Thank you for your interest in emailing us. Before you do, please read the guidelines below. These are intended to save both of us time, in case it is a question or inquity that has been asked before. I get a fair amount of email and it takes a white to answer it all, so it helps if you can read this before you email. Thanks! |

This site is a non-profit, independent, fan run website. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Nintendo. If you have any problems with the site, email me. If you have problems with Nintendo or their products, please email them.
If you find any broken links, missing pages, and so forth, please email and let me know.
This is not a retail site (a few people have emailed asking to buy things). Second, I generally do not sell or trade game stuff I have, I collect and do not sell or trade, unless I have duplicates of something. I do buy stuff, however, but I don't have much cash these days, but feel free to email me stuff you want to sell, feel free to do so
There are none of these things on my site, for a few reasons. One used to be space considerations, now space is not such a big deal, but it would take a lot of time to collect FAQs, codes and such and put them on the site. There are many sites out there with such material, and why reinvent the wheel and copy work already done? Most game info can be found at Game Sages and Game FAQs . If you can't find a FAQ/Walkthrough/Code there, it probably does not exist, and I can't help.
In keeping with the spirit of this site, that being a spirit of free distribution of information and knowledge, there are few restrictions on using this site's content on your own. You can use any images or information you find on my site, you do not need my permission. You may also use any documents, such as my SNES FAQ, NES/FC Cart Guide, and so on. |
The only restriction is that you may
not rip my material verbatim and claim it as your own (this has happened in the past.) I
also request you give me credit where it is do, it is only fair for all the hard work I
put into this site. Thanks.
Please do not ask where to find games, hardware, accessories, and so forth. I don't know any secret magic way to find stuff. All of the ways to find what you may be looking for are already known. Search thrift shops, pawn shops, newsgroups for stuff for sale, online retailers.Arguably the best place to find rare items (though you will not get them at the best prices) is any of the popular online auction sites (eBay, Amazon, Yahoo, etc.)
If you have any manuals I do not have and wish to contribute them to the
site, please do so!
I don't blame people for emailing for help on a specific game. I understand, I have been there. However, I can seldom really help, either I have not played or completed the game you want info on, or I did but can't remember anything about the game. Try to find a game FAQ, walkthrough or code to help. See gamefaqs.com for all your help needs.
Please feel free to send manuals, information, scans, and so on to the address below. If submitting anything over 5MB in size, please contact me and we will arrange to FTP to me, Myrealbox cannot take attachments over a certain size. |
