Wow! This is a neat find, indeed. This is an EPROM (electronic programmable read-only memory) cart, with which you can play games you have written, or copied somehow (more on this in a bit). It can store 64k (which means it can hold first and second gen FC games without a problem). Unfortunately, as to what device you can use this cart with (development kit and/or copier), is unknown. Also what is unknown, is what the switch on it is used for. And, in fact, how mappers are handled using this is unknown. This cart includes some games, the guy selling this said (it could qualify as a pirate multicart, depending how you look at it), and they are identified on the back (which I do not have), he did mention there was Pinball though (since this game does not use a mapper, it could be that it nor its respective dev kit/copier handle mappers). It sure is not a licensed product, for obvious reasons (Nintendo would never use the word "Super Computre" on their licensed products), it is from a gray-area (such as Bung) or a pirate outfit (such as Whirlwind Manu.) This was probably made by Wu-Ho, which also makes a FC->NES adapter (you can see it on the NES/FC Universal Adapters page), because it has the Wu-Ho sheriff-style star on it.

If anyone has more info on this neat device, please let me know
