This is a goofy little FC controller add-on, which attaches to the directional button. I think you can put one of the stickers which it comes with, over the little coin shaped piece. The package claims "put this on your controller and get higher scores!" Well, whatever. Obviously a gimmicky little device with little real use or benefit, like the Super Controller for NES controllers.
